Where are your dog treats made?
Leo's Bark dog treats are made entirely by hand in small batches in Dallas, TX.
Can I change my order, add to my order, cancel my order?
To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email hello@leosbark.com and include your order # in the subject line.
How many treats can I feed my dog?
All dogs are different weights and sizes. You know your dog best. Treats should never be a substitute for a meal, and it is recommended that treats provide no more than 10% of your dog's daily calorie intake.
When will my order ship to me?
Orders will be ready to ship in 3 business days or less.
How do I choose the option to pickup/have the order delivered to me?
Please make sure you've confirmed with Leo's Bark that we can deliver to your address either via email or verbally. We deliver within 5 miles of 75219, but we can make exceptions.
- Once you add to cart, click Checkout.
- Under Delivery, there are 2 options "Ship" and "Pick up." Select Ship.
- You will see the shipping method is "Local Delivery."
- Make sure to add your delivery/pick-up address by clicking "Add delivery instructions."
- If you forgot to add an address, you can email hello@leosbark.com. Include your order # in the subject line.
When will my order be delivered to me?
Once you confirm we can deliver to your address, it takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed before 2pm CST should be delivered within 2-4 business days. Orders will be delivered to the address you entered in the Delivery Instructions section of the Checkout page. If you forgot to enter an address, please email hello@leosbark.com. Include your order # in the subject line.
I live outside of the areas you delivery to. How can I get my order?
We are now shipping. Please select the option to have the order shipped to an address. You can choose to pick-up at one of our Markets. Lastly, you can visit one of our retailers and purchase in store.
What areas do you provide local delivery?
Local delivery is available in Turtle Creek, Highland Park, University Park, Knox-Henderson, Uptown, and other areas in North Texas.
